Description
The Three Capes Track is a roughly 48 km, four-day coastal trek in Tasman National Park in southeast Tasmania (Australia), tracing the country's tallest dolerite sea cliffs. Managed by the Parks & Wildlife Service Tasmania, the 'Y'-shaped route reaches three iconic headlands — Cape Raoul, Cape Pillar and Cape Hauy — with dramatic sights such as The Blade and the Totem Pole sea stack. Along the way walkers stay in comfortable official cabins equipped with mattresses, drinking water and kitchens, so only light gear is needed. The well-maintained trail with steps and boardwalks makes it accessible to hikers of moderate fitness and walkable almost year-round.
Trail Highlights
Tebing laut dolerit tertinggi di Australia (hingga ~300 m), tiga tanjung dramatis — Cape Raoul, Cape Pillar, dan Cape Hauy — plus formasi The Blade dan Totem Pole, hutan eukaliptus tinggi, dan kabin ramah lingkungan bertema arsitektur.
