Vanessa O'Brien (born 1964) is a British-American mountaineer and explorer. She became the first American woman to summit K2 in 2017, completed the Seven Summits in 295 days — the fastest by a woman — and was the first woman to reach both the highest and lowest points on Earth. She holds six Guinness World Records.
