Purnima Shrestha is a Nepalese mountaineer and photojournalist, the first woman to summit Mount Everest three times in a single season and among the first Nepali women to climb Annapurna I and Dhaulagiri. As of 2025 she has summited Everest five times and climbed eight peaks above 8,000 metres.
