Nasim Eshqi (born 1982, Tehran) is an Iranian rock climber and one of the world's most prolific route developers, having opened roughly 100 new routes. A former national kickboxing champion, she took up climbing in 2005 after an expedition on Mount Damavand. Since the 2022 death of Mahsa Amini she has spoken out against the Iranian regime and now lives in Italy, championing women's rights and naming her routes after human-rights messages.
