Karina Oliani (born in São Paulo, 14 May 1982) is a Brazilian physician, athlete and television host. In 2013 she became the youngest Brazilian woman to climb Everest and the first South American woman to summit it from both of its sides; she is also recorded as the first Brazilian woman to climb K2. Trained in medicine with a specialisation in wilderness medicine, she founded Brazil's Remote-Area Medicine Association (ABMAR) and has hosted adventure programmes such as Missão Extrema on Discovery Brazil.
