Dicky Dolma (born 5 April 1974) is an Indian mountaineer and former alpine skier from Himachal Pradesh. She is known for being the youngest woman to summit Mount Everest of her time, at the age of 19 on 10 May 1993 during the Indo-Nepal Everest Expedition. Coming from a small village near Manali, her story has inspired many young Indian women to take up high-altitude mountaineering.
