Youngest Australian to summit Everest (aged 19, 2016) and the youngest woman to climb it from both the north and south sides.

Alyssa Azar (born 1996, Toowoomba, Queensland) is an Australian adventurer and mountaineer. On 21 May 2016, aged 19 and on her third attempt, she became the youngest Australian to summit Everest — her two earlier attempts thwarted by the 2015 earthquake and an avalanche. She crossed the Kokoda Track as a child and later became the youngest woman to climb Everest from both the north (Tibet) and south sides.
