Akiyo Noguchi (born 30 May 1989) is a Japanese competition climber who won the IFSC Bouldering World Cup four times (2009, 2010, 2014, 2015) and took the bronze medal in the combined event at the Tokyo 2020 Olympics. She won the Bouldering Japan Cup nine times in a row before retiring from competition in 2021.
