Description
Wuyul Palado is a minor hill/peak about 852 m above sea level (GeoNames database figure) in Central Sulawesi province, Indonesia. Its prominence is only about 34 m above the surrounding terrain, with a base width of roughly 0.46 km, so it is better described as a small summit among rolling hills than a towering mountain. The next higher point (~974 m) lies about 1.3 km to the north-west, while the nearest sea — part of the Gulf of Tomini — is to the south-east. The surrounding area is sparsely populated tropical hill country; climate databases record a mean temperature of about 22 °C and annual rainfall of roughly 2,736 mm. As with many other NGA-GNS features in Central Sulawesi, field documentation of Wuyul Palado is almost non-existent: the record comes from the GeoNames/GNS toponym database, Wikidata and OpenStreetMap mapping, with no documented climbing route or tourism narrative. The elevation, prominence and climate figures are open-data estimates rather than field surveys.
