Description
Nuaf Oepuah is a hill recorded in the international geographic names database (GNS/NGA, classified as "hill") and on OpenStreetMap in North Central Timor Regency (Timor Tengah Utara / TTU), East Nusa Tenggara Province, on the island of Timor. Its name contains "Nuaf", the word for mountain/peak in the Dawan language (Uab Meto) spoken by the indigenous people of western Timor — the same term names the summits of Mount Mutis, namely Nuaf Muna, Nuaf Nefomasi, and Nuaf Nupala. The element "Oepuah" refers to a place/village name in the Biboki area of TTU. Its coordinates are about 9.16°S, 124.61°E. Public information on this hill is very limited: no official elevation, hiking reports, or marked trails could be found. This entry is deliberately concise and honest about its data limitations, foregrounding the verifiable linguistic and regional context.
