Description
Munduk Banteng is a low hill in the northern part of the island of Bali, within Buleleng Regency, Indonesia. Its summit sits at about 108 metres above sea level, roughly 8.5 km east of Singaraja — the nearest large town — and close to Bali's north coast. The surrounding land is relatively flat to the north-west and becomes hilly toward the south-east, largely forested under a monsoon climate; the highest nearby summit is Gunung Penggilingan (2,153 m), about 16 km to the south. Documentation for this hill is very limited: it is indexed in geographic databases (GeoNames) and Wikidata, but no verified hiking route or tourism description exists, so the information here is confined to its location, elevation, and the character of the surrounding terrain.
