Description
Mount Trusmadi, at 2,642 metres, is the second-highest mountain in both Sabah and Malaysia after Kinabalu and the main peak of the Trusmadi Range. Though lower than Kinabalu, it is widely considered a tougher climb due to steep, muddy trails and minimal facilities, and is famed for rare flora such as Nepenthes rajah.

Climbing Experiences
Mount Trusmadi (2,642 m), Malaysia's second highest, is climbed via Sinua or Mannan (Sook) over 2–4 days. The steep, muddy, cold trail is rich in pitcher plants; many describe it as tougher than Kinabalu though far quieter. A guide and registration are required.
