Description
Jbel Sirwa (also spelled Siroua, Adrar n Sirwa) is a volcanic peak of about 3,304 m that forms the geographic "hinge" between Morocco's High Atlas and Anti-Atlas ranges. Geologically it is an old late-Miocene to early-Pliocene stratovolcano, now extinct and dismantled by erosion, leaving distinctive dykes and black lava plugs jutting from its massif. The area is known as a quieter, more authentic trekking destination than Toubkal: routes typically thread through Amazigh (Berber) villages, the saffron fields around Taliouine, high pastures and broad volcanic-rock plateaus before a final scramble to the summit. From the top the panorama runs from the snow-streaked High Atlas to the north to the desert-edged Anti-Atlas to the south.

Routes
Ascension puncak Sirwa (3.304 m)
Menantang (scramble batuan vulkanik di bagian akhir)The summit stage: from a camp or the highest village, the path climbs to the 3,304 m Sirwa summit with a scramble over loose volcanic rock near the top. The summit opens a wide panorama from the High Atlas in the north to the Anti-Atlas in the south.

SedangThe classic multi-day traverse of the Siroua massif, threading through Amazigh villages, saffron fields, high pastures and volcanic-rock plateaus. Usually walked with a local guide and muleteer, sleeping in gîtes or village homes — quieter and more authentic than the Toubkal routes.
