Description
Huidu Saraah is a low hill in North Gorontalo Regency, Gorontalo Province, Indonesia, near the northern coast of Sulawesi. In the Gorontalo language, huidu means "mountain/hill". Its surroundings are mostly forested, and the nearby coastline features many capes and bays. The nearest higher point is about 253 m, roughly 1 km to the north-west. The climate is tropical, with an average temperature of about 23 °C and around 2,230 mm of rain a year. Data caveat: the NGA-GNS gazetteer records this point at about 100 m, whereas an open elevation model at the same coordinates returns a higher figure — so the elevation should be treated as approximate. The hill is documented only in the NGA-GNS gazetteer and in OpenStreetMap; no published climbing-trail record exists.
