Description

Gunung Pandan (897 m) is a long-dormant stratovolcano and the highest point of the Kendeng mountain range, located in southern Bojonegoro Regency, East Java. It has been a popular hiking destination since at least 1939, with a rich history — 19th-century Dutch colonial records noted many Brahmin statues found near its summit. The main trail begins at Dusun Tugurejo in Desa Klino, Sekar District, passing through an agrotourism area with tropical fruit trees including durian, citrus, avocado, and longan. A more challenging second route via Desa Krondonan passes the Sendang Dlimo spring and the Watu Bayang rock formation.
