Description
Golo Lebak is a mountain in West Manggarai Regency on the island of Flores, East Nusa Tenggara province, Indonesia, with its summit near 8.49°S, 120.16°E. Its elevation is estimated at about 455 m above sea level according to the GeoNames gazetteer; the Open-Meteo elevation model gives about 412 m for that point. The word 'golo' means mountain or hill in the Manggarai language, an Austronesian language spoken by the Manggarai people of western Flores. The peak is recorded in geographic-name databases (the NGA GEOnet Names Server, GeoNames and OpenStreetMap) as a natural peak, but no open documentation of climbing routes or local lore is available.
