Description

Foho Lakmau is a hill of about 558 metres above sea level on the highlands of Timor Island. According to the GeoNames database and Wikidata (Q25021739, GeoNames ID 1936858), the feature is attributed to East Nusa Tenggara Province, Indonesia; however it sits in the central border region of Timor Island, near the boundary with Timor-Leste — the word 'Foho' itself means 'mountain' in Tetum (Timor-Leste), reflecting the mixed cultural setting of the area. This is a very obscure hill: there are no published climbing records, routes, or detailed descriptions. The available data consists only of geographic coordinates and an elevation estimate from a digital elevation model. The information here is presented honestly with its limitations — simply noting the feature's existence and location, not a field survey.
