Description

Feldberg is the highest mountain in Germany’s Black Forest. Wikidata currently records 1,494.2 m, while tourism guides still use 1,493 m. Seebuck and its viewing tower are distinct from Feldberg’s main summit. A short walk from the upper gondola station differs from the more demanding Feldbergsteig. Louisa’s April trip account describes lingering snow and forest ice; that experience does not establish that the loop is safe in winter.
