Description
Bulu Pili is a peak recorded in the GNS/NGA geographic names gazetteer (a US government geospatial agency) with the classification 'mountain' (code MT), located in Sigi Regency, Central Sulawesi, Indonesia, at roughly 1.645° S, 120.127° E. In the Kaili language family and other Sulawesi languages, 'bulu' means mountain or hill. Sigi Regency is a mountainous area south of the city of Palu, largely made up of hills and mountains and encompassing part of Lore Lindu National Park. The summit point of Bulu Pili is recorded in OpenStreetMap from GNS/NGA data. Its precise elevation is not documented in verifiable open sources, and no trail records or specific description for this peak have been found — it should not be confused with other popular hills in Sigi such as Bulu Woo/Bulu Lolo in Ngatabaru. Available data is limited to its name, classification, and administrative location.
